In this exclusive 10-part video series, ADVANCE partnered with Caryn Connarton, MSPT, CPI, owner of Beyond Fitness Pilates Studio in Cambridge, MA, to demonstrate a variety of Pilates exercises taught in her clinic.
Connarton earned her master’s degree in physical therapy at Simmons College in Boston. She has since completed a Pilates instructor certification program and received training from some of the best instructors in Boston, New York and Los Angeles. Connarton now focuses on providing fun and innovative Pilates-based physical therapy.
