Workshop: Evaluation & Management of the Moderately to Severely Impaired Patient Post Stroke

Patients who have experienced a stroke may present with a broad spectrum of deficits, ranging from mild to severe, depending on the extent of the injury. This two day course will focus on evaluation and management of the patient with moderate to severe deficits in physical, cognitive and/or perceptual function post stroke. This course, presented by physical and occupational therapists, will include both didactic and lab components. The lab components will provide participants with the opportunity to practice positioning, early mobilization and neuro re-education facilitation techniques. Appropriate technology and outcome measures will be integrated throughout the course. Early bird rates in effect until 4/27/18.
